Sainsburys Multi- storey Surbiton Car Park

Spaces are great and big, but the signage says 2hr max stay and it was unclear how paying through JustPark made your vehicle able to park beyond this without penalty. There are no specific spots for JustPark. That said, I got back 5hrs after arriving without a parking ticket so the system must work somehow!

I wasn't a little confused about whether I was in the right space - as staff in sainsburys weren't too sure either - a little worried I may get fined but luckily all good!

Incorrect directions. Street view vague. Eg "park is any available space" and no directions as to where the spaces are. I contacted chat to ask, no reply. I got a letter on my car saying don't park here and I wouldn't be surprised if I got a fine. I wouldn't park with this provider again.

I was really concerned that this arrangement would fail, that it was not real ! but I called the car park and they confirmed they worked with JustPark, I had e-mails from JustPark as reminders and thankfully left my car as suggested. What a relief that I could do that in a very bad parking town, a relief to get home after having to use a BUS as the trains were not running, that I had my car close at hand to get home quickly at the end of a difficult and tiring travel day.

Great and easy to use service! My car was also secure as there was a camera in the parking lot.

The post code sends you to Surbiton station where there is a small Sainsburys so very confusing. It's behind the big Sainsburys further away from the station. Also it's not clear from the instructions and the photo which is the actual space. I parked where there was a space and looked to be correct according to the photo but I came back to find stickers on my windscreen saying "no parking". No Just Park signs and no clear numbering for the Unit. A better photo facing onto the actual parking spot would help.

Location couldn't have been better and such good value too!

This space was not as directed. In following directions and the image on the booking, I arrived at a Sainsbury’s and found 4 spaces. On parking in one, I was about to leave for my meeting - but decided to double-check in the shop. I was informed that this was NOT the right parking space - and they didn’t know where it was. I then wasted time trying to find it, and subsequently had to pay again to park on the street.
