Mercure London Staines upon Thames Car Park

First time of using this service, I was slightly worried but went with it, everything went well and was easy. Just had difficulty getting into the car park as the satnav took me in the wrong way but just turned around and got in. So for me I would fully recommend this site.

Ultimately fine. I was under the impression that this was a car park at a functioning hotel, but the doors are locked and nobody is in. Not sure if the hotel is closed for refurb or closed permanently as there's no information online. I was hoping being parked amongst other hotel guests would mask the fact that my car was parked there for a few nights, but the reality is, the car park is empty except 2 or 3 other Just Park customers. The location in full visibility of a busy road means it's ultimately fine though and safe to park.

The parking space was fine but I have a complaint to make against the app. I got a notification that my booking would expire within 10 mins and would I like to extend. I selected yes but all of a sudden, the app started glitching. I had to delete it and re-install. By the time I did this, there was no longer the option to extend. It's just ridiculous and now I'm so nervous that I'll get a fine by Parking Eye for staying an additional 45 mins. So unfair as I wanted to extend. If i get a fine, I will appeal. If it doesn't work, I will never use this app again.

I always park here as its easy to park & town centre is just a walk across the street

Great place to park for central Staines and only short walk to station. Well lit and felt safe. I would use again. Good value in comparison with the parking fees shown at the car park.

There are board by another parking payment company which made me concerned the just park app was not authorised to accept payment for the space. I checked with reception and didn't know and did not seem to be fluent in English to be helpful, the reception staff were more interested in personal conversation over addressing a customers concerns. I did try to call just park but could not get though to any assistance on two occasions.

Good place to park in staines

A few minutes walk from the shopping centre. Just perfect for what I needed when visiting Staines for the first time.
