This was the first time I used just park and visiting a city I had never been too before. We followed the directions but couldn’t find the entrance to the parking site. We called the helpline but the call operator couldn’t she’s any light on it. We finally found the parking site which was a pay and display car park which surprised us. Luckily we got one of the last spaces. 15 minutes later and we would not have got a space. How does that work when you’ve pre paid
