Arrived unable to enter ad the pin was for 15.4.24. previous week, I was going on a hen do with a train to catch unable to enter or park my vehicle at 6.45 on 2th April. I called customer services who said to try that code still or try intercom and fave telephone number. no response. I had to park elsewhere. can I please get a refund.

Easy enough to find following sat nav. But getting out was strange, you do have to exit the way you got in…we rang a bell which was a hotel and had nothing to do with us, but we apologised and walked to our hotel.

Great secure parking, but had issues with vehicles parking on opposite side of access gates, making it very hard to get in and out.

The parking was very easy to find and navigate. The entrance was quite tight to get through the gates, i have a vw transporter and dont think anything wider would get in without folding mirrors. But once through it was spacious enough. Nice easy entrance and exit via key code.

Seemed easy and good with the app.
If you are 1 minute late though make sure you have screenshots of directions to the car park and also in our case, we needed a pin. This disappeared at exactly the time the parking ended so we spent 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to gain entry.
The app was easy to use and I will use again if needed but I will take screenshots of everything.

Good instructions, you really can't go wrong in finding it and getting in. Only negative, is if you have a big car its very tight getting through the gate, but still doable. Still got in with no problems, would recommend
