Travis Street Surface Car Park

We arrived prompt at the time we booked it, but no space was available. We didn't know how long it would be. However, it took approx 15 mins b\4 we could secure a space. Everything else was fine

Booking procedure was very good and information and location excellent. However, what I didn’t realise at the time was I wasn’t booking a parking bay only a space if available. When I arrived at my allotted time and day, the car park was full, and I had to find another space elsewhere in the road. I did eventually manage to get a space in the car park later in the day when cars departed. So please be aware that booking with Just Park doesn’t guarantee a space, only the right to park there, if you can!

Car park roads all closed due to the event I had booked to park near. Car park seemed to have been reserved for event use and was not accessible at all. Customer service hopeless and cut me off after putting me on hold for nearly 10 minutes while they ‘checked’ the car park status. Cant get a refund or talk to anyone. Will never use again.

Easy to book, easy to park. The car was safe all week and weekend.

I was unable to park in the space I had pre-booked for 18/4/24 due to Travis Street being closed. There was no way to access the car park so I had to park elsewhere and was charged a fortune. The owner would have known, the road seemed to be closed for an event or planned works so I am incredibly disappointed that the owner didn't cancel by booking so I could have found another space.

Nice and easy to book and made it simple to find where to park

Don’t do it if you’re parking here to get a train. I know it’s cheap, but it’s not worth it. I turned up and it was COMPLETELY full, other people had parked in spots that weren’t spaces and there was literally no where for me to go. luckily, after about 30 mins of waiting, calling the number and nobody answering, someone left. But I very nearly missed my train. Will not be parking here again. Awful.

Well sign posted & about 10 mins walk to venue straight forward route.

do not book via this app, you will not be guaranteed a space, this is completely pointless, I got to the carpark and there were no spaces, you are reserving nothing! luckily a car left and I could park, I noticed once there there's a pay by app sign for another company so you don't need to use this app, I don't who advertised this space but I half expect to receive a PCN as they completely wash their hands of any responsibility in the description, I don't even know if they have the right to offer spaces, very frustrating

Booking the space was easy, however the card park was overbooked and as such some cars were parked out of bays. This meant that it was extremely hard to reverse out and was almost stuck.
