No space left when we arrived at the parking area (wouldn't call it a car park) even though it was still being shown as spaces available on JustPark! Spaces are not reserved for you, it is just the luck of the draw if there's a space when you turn up and no way of contacting anyone. Very unhappy with this particular spot as always used JustPark and never had any issues.

I arrived to find the carpark completely full so had to find somewhere else to park. Having read the reviews it seems this is a common occurrence so would suggest the company need to tighten up their process so people’s booked spaces are protected (a barrier maybe!)
I’ve messaged to request a refund so I hope that process will be simple without any hassle.

When we arrived the car park was full. Thankfully, someone left not long afterwards. However, I wasn't very happy that we booked in advance and had we been on time would not have got a space.

No guidelines made parking feel like guesswork. A large car had parked right by the entrance making the turn tight into the available space. Not very well lit, lots of debris on the floor.

Car park entrance was blocked on arrival, no response from just park. Area felt unsafe. Lots of debris, vandalism. Firework remnants next to car. Would not recommend

Was unable to get on carpark customer service was just an automated message gave a new passcode that didnt work either had to drive round Liverpool on a very busy Saturday evening until I found somewhere else to park very stressful
