I didn't understand it said no payment after 16.30 this was 17.30 then I was charged 30 pence to park and £1.99 insurance , would be better if charges were explained better all I needed to do was pick up a prescription for client which took 10 mins if that.

It is ridiculous that all the pay and display machines have been removed . It took me 10 mins to pay online . Older people would not manage this it’s totally discriminatory and as such seems designed to extract fines from the least able to pay . Well done to you all .
