Q-Park The Light Car Park

The postcode and directions to the car park weren't adequate and we spent 40 minutes driving round Leeds trying to find the entrance.

I didnt know where to park when i got in there, found a tiny space, it was very expensive for 24 hours.

Slim car parking spaces (I only have a normal sized saloon car) and expensive. Otherwise, was happy. Would look at other options before parking here again, but would use it needed to

Could do with a bit more space for getting out of a car as it was pretty cramped but otherwise had positive experience also loved the extra insurance option.

Communication was good and easy to understand. The Light Car park in Leeds was great with plenty of spaces and quick getaway. However, the postcode provided wasn’t sufficient (delivers you to the wrong side of the building) and the entrance was a nightmare to find. It took 20 minutes of navigating the one way system in heavy traffic to finally locate it. Simple Street Directions would have worked better than postcode.

Not the cheapest, but fully central

It was so easy and cheap. Liked the service very much. Will do it again.

Just so easy, booked online, turned up to the car park and barrier opens. Went to see the event nearby came back and barrier opened on going to exit. No messing about with coins or payment machines. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Definitely recommend

Queueing to get in the car park for over 40 minutes, as the car park was full and only letting in one car at a time as others left. Once inside, still no spaces to park in even though I had pre-booked. Please provide me with a refund.
