It's a spacious car park, however it's not easiest to locate whilst driving. I missed my appointment in because I kept driving around city centre looking for a sign that says "q-park".

Could not find the car park using either the directions in the app or using Google Maps. Took me to extreme ends of the street and eventually had to find on street parking. Appalling.

I was charged again for 6£ at gates. So that parking cost 16£ no 10 £, which I paid online. Rubbish.

I liked the prepaid parking. Unfortunately phone ran out of charge and didn’t have QR code to get into car park. Had to wait on someone else to open door.

Not sure if i had an actual assigned space - wasn't aware of it and couldn't find anyone to ask but i did find a disabled space on level 6
Pre payment using number plate recognition was a. improvement on last visit shen i prepaid but had to pay again to exit successfully

Picture showed on app was deceptive as the entrance is via a ramp on Bath St, some distance from the street.
