I reserved what I thought was a parking space in Portobello Edinburgh even took out the additional damage insurance. However, when I got there I found out that it was a free public car park and there was no reserved space. I initially could not get parked and had to wait until someone left the car park before I was able to park the car. There was no mention that it was a public car park and felt conned as my booking confirmation stated I had reserved a space. Very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Straightforward booking process and affordable. Unlike other parking companies I didn’t have to jump through hoops and remortgage the house which means I will be using them regularly. Great find!

Car part is attached to a sports centre which was easy to fine. Best part is that its a 2 min walk to the beach and the spaces are a good size - I was in a 7 seater car.
I will certainly be using this space again fir future return.

Easy to book but really needn't have bothered. Easter Monday thinking we had booked a space in a car park (in an unfamiliar area in Portobello in Edinburgh) to find it was a free for all. Got a space luckily after driving round and round for a while. Tight spaces with everyone squeezing in where they could. Wasted money but thankfully wasn't a lot. High risk of damage to vehicle given how people were parking.
