I have a parking permit available to rent for a residential car park. This has 24 hour access and there is always plenty parking so that will never be a worry.
The space is in the Newington area, very close to the Meadows, Edinburgh University and 20 minute walk to Waverley station. There are also a wide number of buses which pass and will take you all over the city!
Parking Pemit provided is transferable between vehicles, suitable for car sharing.
Please display the residents permit as opposed to the document you will be emailed from JustPark.com

I think more direct communication between parties would have been useful. I didn't get the message sent about the arrangements and I'm not well up enough in the world of work to understand the significance of constant 'number unavailable' messages.

Comparative price to most options I found, and more competitive than most. Owner was most helpful, communicative, and well organised (even though we never actually met). Parking was approximately half a mile south of the quartermile area so was very convenient for us while visiting for the Fringe. No problem at all finding space.

Everything worked well, my daughter picked up the parking permit from Lisa as arranged. The car parking space in the residents car park was safe and secure. It was ideally located near the apartment we rented.

Great space to park and was made available at very short notice. Found out I was meant to be in Edinburgh at 0730hrs in the morning and made the parking arrangement at 2230hrs the night before! Secure location in front of the owner's flat in the yard of a number of blocks of flats. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend and book again next time I'm in Edinburgh.
