Council put penalty charge on car despite paying on app so now need to appeal. Can park otherwise fine. Spaces bit narrow especially when with older relative with reduced mobility.

Paid for parking here only to find out that where we parked is classed as a different car park and got fined! The Justpark code was literally 10 meters away from car, but apparently we should have booked science centre car park instead of art car park
