Our house is one of just eight in a quiet cul-de-sac, off a secluded lane. The centre of St Ives, the harbour, beaches, railway station and bus stops are all within 15 minutes' walk.
The parking space is sheltered, situated between our garage and our neighbour's house. It's lit at night and there is also automatic security lighting on the drive.
It is 8 feet 4 inches wide (2.54 metres), and can take any length of car or van. Being at the side of the house, the space is quite private but still easily accessible, so you can come and go as you please, at any time of day or night.
We can accommodate two cars from the same family or group. Please just message us if you need a second space (at half-price) so that we can arrange that, or if you have any other queries.

The space has no access restrictions so you can come and go to suit your holiday plans The street lighting is good and the Tate gallery,Porthmeor beach and Town centre are about 15 minutes walk away,Bus and rail links are about 15/20 minutes . The space offered is on the lowered side of the drive (porch side ) and measures 5.0 mtrs long by 2.8 mtrs wide ,if you have a slightly wider vehicle please let me know and I should be able to help . Respect for the neighbours is appreciated when using after 10pm and before 6am .please feel free to contact me with any questions and I will reply soon as possible.
