Parking charges went to full rate from 14th March 2024 till next winter and have considerably increased. Council are obviously using car parks as cash cows so will seek alternative parking arrangements in the future.

This is a big car park and usually has spaces but as with all beach car parks during school holidays throughout the year, the earlier you get there, the more chance you’ll find a space.

The JustPark app started the parking in the past, which meant the 1hr I paid for was actually 45mins, as I didn't leave the car until that... awful app!

difficulty using the phone number, the car park code number wasn't recognised. so then had to apply the app, all in all it took me 12minutes to pay!
