Asda Charlton Car Park

Parking was a great location to get to the 02. Great price and frequent bus service that gets you to to the 02 in 10 minuets. Needed to extend my time as wasn't sure if I was going to make it on time and was free to do so! Highly reccomend using for 02 events if your driving!

Booking was easy , spaces available when we arrived, reasonably priced . Issue was website stated 7 minutes walk from Venue . In fact it's 1.2 miles which led to a 28 minute walk in heels !!

Firstly the parking space: When we arrived another car was in the space. We knocked on the owners door and an Asian tenant answered who advised in broken English that ‘it was a very bad car that always kept parking there’. He added that the landlord/owner was on holiday in China and we could send him an email!!!! So, a complete waste of time, adding anxiety to our limited time. Therefore, the owner of the parking space gets awarded 0 stars. We rang the Just Park helpline and got through to a real person within about 2 - 3 minutes. The customer service agent was excellent and within 5 minutes booked us another parking space which was only an extra 10 minutes walk from our intended destination, and amended the booking, refunding the first space. So, Just Park get a well deserved 5*. I have to award 4* overall simply because of the initial aggravation, which to be fair, was totally down to the owner of the space and cost us a total of 45 minutes of our valuable time.
