Car Park at Helmont House

Spaces very tight unless a small to medium car. Lighting and signage in car park poor. No sign to pedestrian exit from the JustPark bays. Car park was clean, dry and seemed secure.

Had to go through security making sure if my booking reference and reg, they also looked in the camera to make sure I had a space free which made me feel comfortable about leaving my at all weekend

A little bit narrow parking spaces, but seems the norm for multi storey/sub basement. Big plus was price and location to our hotel.. Thanks

Cheap and accessible and easy to book

Ideal location, with easy access to the Premier Inn and town centre. Only sight downside was the carpark was very tight for larger vehicles.

Very reasonable. Easy to find. Conveniently located in city centre.

spaces too small. Markings not clear and need a re-paint. Poor lighting and very tight manouevering space. Google Maps took ne to approximate location but on slowing up got beeped by bus behind. Bus Driver then directed me to the wrong ramp and I entered a loading bay site. Had the bus driver been a bit more patient I think I would have seen the entrance as it was a metres after where I stopped according to google maps and postcode.

Couldn't access the parking spot, had to pay for another car park. Terrible directions and had to still pay despite roadworks not allowing my entry. Disappointed
