Bute Building Car Park

I followed the directions to the parking, but when I parked, using the picture for reference as instructed, I came back to find a fine of £70 on my car. I am VERY unhappy. Another of your customers was likewise fined, 2 places down from me too. I didn’t know her, we were complete strangers to each other. But both got fined at the same time. An unpleasant way to end the weekend for both of us.

It was easy to book but really hard to find the space - we met several other people confused about where their parking spaces were. Once we found the place to park it was a good experience

Really easy to book and plenty of spaces, only slight niggle was that the directions didn't take me to the exact spot so it took me a little while to find it but will definitely use again.

Great parking 5-10mins walk from Cardiff city centre, millennium stadium and castle. If there is a rugby match there are road diversions in place but very helpful steward provided directions around these to parking space. The buildings are not that clearly marked but once found there were plenty of spaces to park and very convenient would definitely book again.

Easy to book. Good info/directions and easy to find. Ideal as less than 20 mins walk from Principality stadium.

A little chaotic coming off main road, my Audi app took me further down the road than needed. Perhaps I missed them, but some signs would be helpful to find this carpark from main road. BUT, for the cost, can't moan too much
