20p for a receipt which is free as standard from basically all of your competitors. 20p for a reminder I don't want. Both by default which is just underhanded

There was no signage which stated pay on exit. Every time I have used Just Park you paid on arrival so I tried to pay on arrival and managed to pay £2 but I was then charged on departure as the ANPR had me down as none payment so I had to pay at the machine as well.

It doesn't look like there is a car park down this short road but suddenly obvious once you get there. You will see what I mean, just trust the sign. Maybe an extra sign at the entrance to indicate that there is a car park here would be helpful for people like us who are new to the area.
