Bristol Harbourside MSCP Car Park

Easy to find, no problems with barrier, parking easy, super central location for the harbour side.

Easy booking. Easy to find. The only issue was that the barrier did not open as the camera did not recognise my reg number. Therefore had to take a ticket & on leaving had to give explanation to customer support which delayed the process. All good in the end.

It was very misleading and not at all clear that there were 2 car parks in millennium Square in Bristol. Your parking did say Bristol Harbourside MSCP so when I saw the sign saying Millenium Square Car Park I assumed I was in the right place as I didn't see the other car park. I think this should have been noted on the email. So I ended up paying for parking in 2 car parks whilst only driving 1 car. This was the first time I've used your app and because of this mix up I can't say I'm too impressed. It was an expensive enough visit without paying for 2 car parks! I also found out whilst visiting that I'm not the only person that has made this error!

All went well

The barrier wouldn't open and no one was there to speak too so I had to take a ticket to get through. I then went back out and had to pay £3. I then had to wait at the barrier to get in and out for about 2 mins each time so not a good experience.

The barrier didn't open on arrival but I pressed the call button, spoke to someone, explained that I'd pre-paid and they opened the barrier for me.

Great directions and photo of car park entrance, easy parking, number plate recognised. Arrived early without problems, idea for Bristol city centre. Many Thanks
