Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre Car Park

Excellent value, highly recommend

This parking is a very hard hike to Brighton football club. It's an extremely steep hill to walk up before descending to Brighton fc and then obviously the same coming back. I'm relatively fit and found it hard going. I did find a different way back, which was far less of a hike, but it was a longer walk back! I don't think I'd use it again.

Easy to find and plenty of empty spaces. About 30 minutes walk to Amex, but couple of steep hills to climb. We followed apple maps to walk to ground, it tried to take us through a muddy wood in the pitch black, the easiest walk seemed to be along Lucraft road and through the Aldridge Cricket Academy. Walk back was about 45 Mins due to bottle necking near the station.

Easy to get to a not too much queueing after the match to get out

Easy to find and only a 25 min walk to the Amex Stadium.

Easily accessible and well priced. Lots of signs up from private parking enforcement so will have to wait and see if they communicate with JustPark. Will wait a few weeks to see if I get an angry letter or not.

Safe place to park. Regrettably as we were collecting our car before 5pm a woman that came across disgruntled & threathening presume a member of staff told us we will get fined as we should not park there. I had just finished the Brighton marathon in sheer agony and she was very infatuated borderline rude.

Great spot to park for Amec Stadium, approx 20 - 25mins walk.
