Hilton Brighton Metropole Underground Car Park

Pedestrian access instructions need updating. Statement to access entry code from parking machines or at exit were wrong. Parking machines were out of order and no notice was displayed at exit. Wasted much time searching before accidentally discovering that the pedestrian system was not working and free access was available to all.

We found the car park easily and there was plenty of options to park however there was a pipe running the length of the spaces above and our car is a Ford Kuga so when the boot opened it hit the pipe. There was no damage though. Also we had a slight wait when we wanted to leave as the gate was opening automatically however this was rectified in about 15 minutes. It was a great location for the seafront and our hotel The Grand.

Close to the city center and good value

Car park easily missed on first pass. Busy with no guaranteed space, had to circle out and back in. Very small spaces even tight with a VW Up as larger vehicles had to cross space lines.

Good arrangement with the hotel, went smoothly. Parking is quite tight for slightly larger cars

I can't believe how straight forward and easy using this was. The app is great, the choice of parking locations is excellent, even though I left it quite late to book. Will definitely be using this again.
