Brighton Square Car Park

Extremely difficult to find, if like me you observe signs telling you you should not enter. Having gone round the instructed route twice until said sign, on the third time I did drive through and followed the instructions to the letter. Actual parking area very small and tight. I will not be parking there again.

awful service. DO NOT PARK HERE! The what3wprds they give you takes you to the wrong car park. Then when I finally arrived the car park was full! it took 45 minutes for another car to leave so I could park. No answer on the helpline. I paid alot of money to park here and had an awful experience!

The directions from just park tries to take you up a blocked off street.

Couldn't get anywhere near the "parking space" because access was blocked by stationary vans and trucks. A waste of money.

For the first time of booking this car park, it was full when I turned up at 2.10pm. By the time I got out and had to park in another car park, I nearly missed the show I was going to see. I tried phoning, nothing. The new car park cost me £20!! I wish to reclaim all my parking costs and compensation for the stress it caused me

Being as it was impossible to reach the car park, we had to go into another car park. All the roads to the parking I paid for were not accessible. We were told by a parking warden that I approached that where I was asking to go wasn't possible, it was in a walking area or accessible only by police or ambulance vehicles. In the end we drove around trying to gain access but we had to give up and ended going to the Lanes Car Park costing £24. I'm afraid we won't be able to use you again. Regards, Raymond Cashmore

Incredibly difficult to find. VERY tight parking access and spaces. Would not recommend for any vehicle bigger than a SMALL car. Only room for one way. Car parked in no parking area resulting in me scrapping the rear quarter on a parking pillar.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for a space because the people who used it before us were late getting back. Could be they didn't even have a JustPark booking at all - the gates were open and there's no system of monitoring who's using the spaces. What's the point of issuing a PIN? Will be in Brighton again next month, but hesitating to use JustPark again.

Close to our holiday cottage. Able to extend for 4 hours FOC at the end, which was very useful. However, keypad code didn’t work initially. A bit concerning for ten or so minutes!
