Parking space availble under the building, secure car park, gated, 24 security and CCTV, private for residents in the building. I have a Range Rover and that fits fine in the space so it's open to any cars.

Absolutely NOT! Parking slot was first hard to find because of no exact details. Then we asked a resident who told us that it is an underground parking garage which can only be entered and left with a passcode, which we never got. Tried to call the owner, left a message on his voicemail and we never heard from him! So we had to look for another spot!

The car park space and location was great.
Unfortunately What Mark (the space owner) did not inform me was that as well as the fee that I paid online, I would also have to pay the concierge a deposit of £50 (which I only get £30 back) for a security pass that allows me to get into the car park.
Also aparently Mark is not authorised to rent out this space accorning to the concierge. Me and the concierge have called and emailed Mark but no response.
If you are going to park here make sure that you get the fob in you hands before paying online otherwise you'll have to pay for it.
