Very good

There are no designated lines in the car park so you just park where there is space. It is close to the Pictureville Cinema so if there is no space in the car park behind it, it is only a few minutes walk. The only negative is the amount of litter on the steps leading out of the car park.

Got a parking fine even though I paid for a ticket

Because you have to log into the app and the error message only appears when you try to pay and is very unclear

I almost couldn't exit from the parking,it tooks about 10 min to go out as someone else parked their cars at the entrance wrong limiting the acces to the other vehicles to go out,this is happening often and is really annoying.

A little nervous about leaving my vehicle but the car park was otherwise well lit and easy to park in. When leaving the car park it leads out onto a one way street, but the exit of the car park didn't appear to have any signage to indicate this. It would be really helpful if a sign could be put up by the exit/entrance.

Great little spot - used it a few times now and always got in in the evening. It is a bit dark and rough surface but not had a problem

a lot of rubbish including broken glass on floor. homeless people hanging around, sleep on floor in car park.

The app usea payment authorisation and for any elderly person who doesnt have bNking app on phone this makes it hard
