Brilliant, easy to find, and a fantastic saving compared to the ticket machines on the car park. Right next to the railway museum and within walking distance of York city centre. Will definatetly use the service again

Probably, the cheapest parking for a day. It is quite confusing there the different parking areas limits are. On the booking system it showed as a parking for 15 cars, but there were definitely more places in the higher car park than that.

Directions are totally inadequate! Phoned your customer care who emailed me saying "the post booking instructions are really quite clear so here is another copy of those". Nearly all previous reviews complained about the poor directions!! Why ask for our feedback if you are not going to take notice and act?? I still don't know if I parked in the correct space or car park!!

We parked in one car park and then walking past the other that had reserved spaces and people seemed to have booking details in car windows I got my husband to move ours to this car park and we were right first time
