The sign had blown down and hadn't been replaced so it was difficult to find, but Edward was very helpful over the phone. Safe location and very close to the university

This space is slightly more expensive than some others in the area but you get what you pay for - unlike some who are happy to take your booking then pull the plug on you at the last minute if they get a better offer. Edward is reliable. Very important when you're travelling long-distance. Easy to get to from M40

Martyn Lodge nowhere to be seen but the large sign "The Barn" would have made finding the place really easy. Suggest this is shown for the address instead. Otherwise, Really Great !!
