An allocated slot that is in a small private car park with CCTV that will monitor the unwelcome cars. Very useful for parking in if wanted to stroll around south-sea or use for a business space! Very close to the sea and all the parks for walking through too!

No problems finding location. Plenty of room, private and safe. Ruben even helped me jump start my car on leaving. Overall for someone living on the IOW who needs to leave their car over the weekend in a safe place; just the job.

Not the easiest to find, 'no parking' signs in the garden rather concerning. No issues (so far), though. Would think twice before I book this place again.
