The parking space is nicely tucked out of the way on a quiet new private housing estate and is about a 15 minute brisk walk from Southampton Airport/Parkway Railway Stop. No problems experienced and I would definitely use again.

A couple of fairly minor quibbles: (1) It is about a 20 minute walk to the airport (and we walk fairly quickly!) and (2) It might be as well to say that you might not be there to see people in. It's the first time in using PAMH that we haven't met up with the owner of the space. Otherwise it all worked well.

good communication, safe location and not too far to the terminal. Suggest mention 'keep the allotments to your right' as a bearing for the walk instructions
