I was attending a festival at Southampton common and this was an amazing location for this. I had an email providing one bay number and the app informed another numer. Unfortunately both spaces were occupied when I arrived. I called and messaged the provided number for advice and after a few minutes I was directed to the visitor space which luckily was free. If not I would have had to find alternative parking.
