Lovely secure parking... but had to co-ordinate with owner to get access in and out of building! lots of phone calls... not my traditional Just Park experience where I have the freedom to do what I wanted. But a bargain!

The car park is covered, secure and has lots of spaces, which is good, and lots of pigeons, which is bad. Summer and her boyfriend are very nice, but they had to come down every time we needed to get in and out, which was not clear from the ad. Therefore our 3 day booking turned into a bit of a marathon of arrangements and was, in the end, a headache. Good place to park for a period of time, but not recommended if you need flexible access to your car.

This is a convenient and safe place to park in Nottingham. The car park is gated and therefore vehicles are safe, however we needed to return to our car unexpectedly and whilst we were able to access our car this could have been a problem. That said, I would definitely park here again.

Have parked with Summer and number of times without any problems or hassle. Great service in an excellent central location. Just message your arrival/leaving times through and access to/from the carpark is easy. Have just rebooked for another quite trip to Nottingham :-)

Absolutely shocking!! Rang her when we arrived as you have up have a key fob to get into the car park, she never answered her phone and hasn't for the past couple days. NEVER GO WITH THIS PERSON!! Waste of time and money and had to pay a fortune to park elsewhere in Nottingham. Awful service. Never again will I use this person, would prefer to pay extra and have not even been offered a refund, awful!!

ParkatmyHouse is a fantastic service, in principle! After paying £16 to park in Nottingham city centre for 16 hours ( from 11am on a Saturday morning till 3am on the Sunday morning ) the young lady in question didn't answer her phone. After several unsuccessful attempts we were starting to get a little concerned (maybe the person in question is out, working etc) We headed over to the Litmus building and spoke with security who were very helpful and luckily the young lady was at home and came down to let us in. We were told that usually at city centre apartment blocks like Litmus you receive a 'key fob' allowing exit at your convenience, however, this was not the case ( I fully understand that people forget to return the key fob etc so the lady is reluctant to hand it over) We were then told to phone the lady in question in the early hours in order to exit, but were beaten to it by the young lady who was ringing us to find out where we were and asking us for a more specific arrival time!.. Let me point out that the young lady was very nice and she was very prompt, it just felt we were 'under pressure' to return and having our own key fob and returning it to the security desk would have been and felt much easier.
