I had to obtain a refund as the space sold to me was occupied. When I rang on the doorbell, the occupant turned down the TV after the first ring to indicate that no one was home. I continued to ring for a further 5 minutes and was ignored. I had to find alternative parking.
Fortunately, the company website was able to assist in getting my refund quite quickly.
