Spaces are quite tight. The attendant in the booth to validate your ticket took a very long time.

Just the normal railway long stay car park. Over priced when there are NCP car parks all around. I was charged more on here than I would have been just paying the normal rates!

Was not clear in instructions where the kiosk was to validate parking ticket - it was actually a very long walk from where I parked, right up near the station.

Terrible description of where to validate ticket upon returning to my car. Despite being a 24/7 car park, none of the customer service numbers were 24/7. Myself and my younger sister spent an hour after a concert wandering around Manchester Train Station (an area both of us were completely unfamiliar with, and particularly not ideal in complete darkness) trying to find the 'Apcoa booth' at midnight - which is on level 3 of the car park in the far corner, not explained anywhere. This added an extra hour onto the end of a long day prior to a 4 hour journey home. Extremely poor customer service following raising my concerns with the attendant at the booth (when finally found!!) who was absolutely the rudest man I have met, and no response to my email. Shame there was not a better description or at least able to validate ticket in a better location, as has ruined the previous excellent experiences I have had with JustPark and I will not be using again.

We parked fine but when we went back to collect it was painful trying to get the ticket sorted. Took 15 mins in total when the whole point of pre paying was to save time. Would have been better turning up in the day and paying at the machine.

Great location and easy to find. However, we arrived to find the entrance barrier up, with no attendant answering the intercom to tell us how to leave the car park later, or if they needed to log our arrival so as to not get clamped (there were signs everywhere saying permit holders only). Eventually got through to someone on the phone, who told us to just go through the entrance barrier on the way out and that it would be open for the rest of the evening. Therefore not as secure as described.
