Car Park on Great Ducie Street, M3

The car park attendant refused to accept our booking on 3/10/15, despite having a print out and email copy of the booking. We have since been refunded our money by Just Park but still awaiting an explanation as to why they refused to let us in on the evening. A very annoying and frustrating experience.

So convenient for the Phones4U Arena and not so big that you have to queue for ages to get off after the performance.

Avoid Avoid Avoid - Use Total Car Park other side of road. After reading this was manned and gated I thought this was a perfect parking for my Friday overnight stay. Saturday morning I went to drop off my bags to find the gates and warehouse closed and no access to my car. I called the advertising security who assured me someone is on their way to open the gates within next 20 minutes - after 30 minutes of sitting on the curb of an unsavoury area of Manchester no one arrived, after another call to security he assured me someone will be there. Another 30 minutes past of avoiding eye contact with any passes by and still no one. Luckily after 1.5 hours after our initial call a warehouse manager came to drop off a van and I was able to release my car. After complaining to Just Park they will pass my comments to the Whispering Smith Warehouse and suggested in future I should take the car park owner telephone number with me and refunded half my over priced parking charge. I feel this is highly unacceptable after putting me at risk making me wait on the road side for 1.5 hour in an rough area. Thank heavens my children where not with me!!!

Very please with the service and Rick was very helpful in reserving our parking space, ideal for the Arena will use this service the next time we visit Manchester.

Brilliant car park, helpful staff and only a few minutes walk from the Arena. A great find!

The description of where to find the site needs improving. One needs to be informed which way one is driving to be sure of when one has passed Travelodge, a major part of finding site. Also what name is it trading under. It also needs updating as it is now opposite a car park, not Boddingtons building

Fantastic Location, and easy to find. The use of CCTV is obvious, and there are cameras everywhere. However upon arrival, there were a group of people sitting in the car park drinking alcohol and consuming drugs. They did leave promptly once I arrived, however I feel that for the safety of the company, they should be aware.

This car park was extremely difficult to find and we eventually resorted to searching on foot and asking at various other car parks and offices. Once we had found the Great Ducie Street car park we were asked to leave since it was intended for customer use during the daytime and only became available for event parking after an attendant arrived at about 5pm. We explained that we had a ticket for parking from 2pm and were allowed to stay after some discussion. Furthermore, it was only upon arrival of the attendant that we discovered that the car park was to be locked half an hour after the event, although we had paid for parking beyond that time. We therefore had to return immediately after the show to our car and were prevented from enjoying our evening any longer in Manchester. We will not be using JustPark again.
