Parking Space on Denmark Road, M15

I booked and paid in advance for a car parking space at this address on 14.7.14. When I arrived I was unable to access the space using the security gate code the owner provided. I was also unable to contact the owner on his mobile as it was switched off. I tried texting - no response. Contacted Just Park who were unable to find alternative parking. Found my own alternative parking but was late for the event I was in Manchester for - stressful and embarrassing . Have since messaged this owner for an explanation and 5 days later no response!

Easy to find, very secure. Cheap will defo be using agen next visit.thanks!!

Good place to park your car if you are spending a lot of time at Manchester children's hospital

Really good for academy easy to find and secure...luckily someone was leaving as we were heading out so gate was open, on our way back in my friend stayed by the gate as we couldn't see how to get out again with their being no code on the inside. Great though thanks

The designated space '18' was occupied when I arrived but there were many other vacant spaces and I had no trouble at all. Thanks

This space is great as it's secure and very handy for a gig at the academy, just a 10 minute walk. However, there is one major flaw...After you've entered the car park, there is no way to get out of it on foot. We were lucky that there was a resident about who let us into the actual building so we could leave via one of the doors. He told us there was no way to leave the car park except by going through the building and that you need a fob to gain access. If he hadn't been there, we would have been stuck. The owner of this space needs to provide clearer instructions and explain how to leave on foot.

Great space, would fully recommend and use time after time if I was going to a gig/concert again! Easy access to all of Oxford Road, especially the Academy! 5/5

Getting out of the car park on foot was a bit of a problem; but a very, easy, straightforward and great idea for the rest. Convenient and secure car park; will definitely use again and have told everyone about it ! Great Stuff.
