Parking space on Airport Way

I arrived at the parking, but I had to guess because there was no signals at all outside marking as a parking space. On arrival, I was approached by two people asking me what I needed and who did I book with - I told them, gave them my booking form, they searched for the booking and could not find it - but they said that it was ok anyway (???). Still, they had no identification whatsoever making me believe they were the correct people; then they asked for the car keys, saying they would give us a lift to the airport - which was not part of the service I paid for, so that made me even more suspicious. Eventually I left the car parked somewhere there with the paper and barcode in view as required by the booking process, and kept the keys. We then walked to the airport (the offer for the lift to the airport has been withdrawn at that point by the unknown guys), with a pretty heavy heart considering the parking space (pretty big, so not at all a park-at-my-house style) there was no reception, the gate was open, there was no signal whatsoever, no camera whatsoever, and the two people who wanted our keys did not even know of our booking. I forgot to say that I called Mr Khan to find out if he knew the guys and I could trust them - but had no way to get to Mr Khan, whose phone was turned off and notwithstanding I tried dozens of times to call him, I couldnot talk to him before I flew. So, in a few words: description not accurate, communication non-existent, safety zero. I consider myself lucky that I found my car still there on my return, and with no damages; really lucky. I will never use this parking again.

Thank you so much for exemplary service that went beyond the call of duty. My wife, a new driver, was very nervous getting to the car park. You very kindly went the extra mile and collected her to th park, and collected her from the airport on return. What a service!

After reading one of the previous "fantastic 10/10" reviews I thought "It's only a car park, get a grip". I was wrong, this was really something. You're basically getting valet service for the same price as parking on somebody's drive miles away. Zaf has kindly dropped us off as we were also running late due to not following instructions and not giving Zaf a ring to confirm the booking. What was most surprising is that on the way back as we were making our way from the airport to the car park by foot (10 minutes walk) it started raining. Hard. Zaf rang us to tell us he is driving up/down the road to pick us up since it is raining! This man should charge twice for the service he is providing! Absolutely fantastic service which I shall definitely be using every time I come to Luton.

We arrived more than half hour later than we had booked and we were rushing to the airport, they offered to drop us and they did, otherwise we would have missed our flight. On the return date, they called and offered to drop off our car and as soonas we got out, the car was outside already. If this isnt excellent service then i dont know what is? I highly recommend them and will always use them as i am a frequent flyer and have never got this treatment.
