I live in a block of flats just off regent street in Leeds, my flat comes with its own parking space in a commual parking area, this is permit parking and can only be accessed by way of a fob entry electric gated entrance
Please Note I will only accept booking for a minimum term of 1 week due to having to arrange with anyone booking the space to collect and return the fob and permit for the space.

The space is in a small secure car park on the ground floor with no more than 15 other cars. It's only used by people accessing their cars, so not a lot of people passing by your car. It's not entirely covered, so worth bearing in mind if that's important to you. I've used this space for almost 3 months and would book again if I needed parking.
