Hi there. I am located on the Gateshead riverside opposite Newcastle on a newly built property development situated 20 mins walk from Newcastle City Centre, 5 mins by bus or cycle and 10 min walk to the famous Gateshead/Newcastle Quayside with the Baltic Art Gallery and amazing restaurants/bars. The space is 10meters from my front door in a communal parking lot that is only ever 40% full. It is overlooked by houses, secure, in a Neighbourhood Watch scheme and the housing development enjoys twice hourly police drive by.
