Hi there. I live in a newly built development called The Staithes South Bank on the Gateshead riverside. It is 20mins walk into Newcastle City Centre (or 5 mins by bus (£1.45), 10mins walk to the famous Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside with the Baltic Art Gallery and many fantastic restaurants. The space is 10 meters from my front door in a communal parking lot. It is secure, overlooked by many houses and the whole development enjoys twice hourly police patrols.
