Have booked this space twice now for an annual event that I attend at Exeter Phoenix. It is within reasonable walking distance and is in a safe location. It makes attending the event more enjoyable as I doubt have to worry about finding a parking space until 1am on a Saturday night in Exeter shortly before Christmas! Would recommend.

A very good, secure space in a well lit underground car park. Good communication with Sarah H. A bit tricky to find if, like me, you don't know Exeter well but Sarah talked me in.
