Privately owned car parking space available for rent. Space is located off the main street, in a well lit residential block. The space is secured by a parking bollard that can be moved up and down and, for some cars, secured behind. Excellent location for an easy walk to city centre, Festival Theatre, National Museum, Meadows, Princes Street, and Royal Mile. Good area, situated very close to central police station for extra security.

Unfortunately 8 cannot give zero stars as we had a dreadful experience that detracted from what was a day we had all been looking forward to.
Arrived to find car parked in space.
Bollard was unattached and to the side along with the traffic cone. Attempted calls to owner were unanswered as she was apparently out of the country.
Just Park agreed to refund us finding alternative parking but this was tricky because of The Fringe festival and so we were late to a kids show that we had paid for. Sorry, but I cannot recommend.

I had to move my car during agreed period, on my return (30 mins later) the parking space was taken. Tried contacting owner by phone call and text numerous times and no response. Had to pay for additional parking. Owner has still not returned messages.

Excellent parking space in good location close to where our daughter lives in halls. Contacted Heather before booking to check some details and got a very prompt reply. Her instructions on what to do were clear and helpful. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we are in town!
