We have a unused private parking lot 3min walking distant from East Croydon Station. Most suited for mid-sized or small car, we have an Audi A6, it definitely can be parked in, but quite narrow in terms of getting in and out. It's sheltered with 24/7 access located in a quite residential co-de-sac covered by neighbourhood watch. Available all year round.You also have access to Trams to both Wimbledon, Elmers End, Beckenham Junction and New Addington. This is about as safe an offstreet parking space as you will find on this website at a very affordable price! Long-term rental preferred.

located close to station, reasonably safe place to park away from main street and shelteredcar park. however difficult to park, need to be careful to park car in and get out of car parking space. I drive a VW polo and it was diffuclt but can be done with care.
