I have an allocated car parking space at the block of flats where I live. This is a private parking spot with plenty of room and tucked away.

This is for a minimum of 1 month's parking. You can park here 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Come and go as you please. The car park is controlled by a parking warden so a permit will be issued to you by myself.
