This was brilliant and easy. I struggled with understanding the alternatives at the station etc as I needed to park for a three day stretch. I would definitely use this service again.

I tried to reach her on her landline no. given in profile. I think she is a bit elderly. I wanted to communicate with her prior to parking my car. She could not pick up my call for 2 times but for third time (after parking) she responded. Seemed to be a nice person. No other problems.
