Indoor parking space

space was double booked, so never got to use it. Communication was very good

Excellent! Adam called me days before to confirm the booking. He asked me where I was coming from and offered some very comprehensive advice. When we arrived (early) we couldn't find the garage, so I called him and he talked us down from where we told him we had stopped and then waited for us to arrive. He came down promptly, and was there when we called him at the end of our stay! Thoroughly recommended.. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Very difficult to find, unless you can contact the owner you will struggle to find the space. I tried to contact the property owner but there was no answer. I actually spoke to the owner of the block of flats and he said that the owner shouldn't rent out this space.

Space was not available when I turned up at scheduled time leaving me in a very awkward situation and having to find somewhere else at short notice

Great, but only problem is it's in a locked garage that you aren't allowed a key for. you have to call the owner every time you need access to your car and he is out between 2 & 6pm everyday. Great though if you want a super secure place to park.

This parking space was unavailable to use even though I had booked. Due to roadworks I was running late and out of respect called the no. given to update my arrival time. Answerphone only so left message.. On arrival there was nobody available to discuss on phone or enable access to this underground car park space. Mr Bacchus is discourteous and dishonest; use at your peril!

Parking space was fine for us we wanted to park the car during our long weekend & not use it again until we left for home. I would suggest that once you have received you email booking confirmation you call Adam as well as on our arrival we found that he had not looked at his emails and was unaware we were coming. We were still able to park but was more of a stressful start to our stay than I would have preferred. Probably best to not book this space if you want to come & go with your car.

The space was secure and in a central location. Unfortunately what isn't mentioned in the description is that the owner would rather you tailor your holiday/break around his plans. I ended up getting very frustrated with the owner who CONTINUALLY insisted that I must leave later or arrive earlier due to him wanting to go for a swim/see the optician/use the sauna. Even though I didn't need to explain myself, especially after specifying the times that I would be arriving and departing in my booking, I explained that my plans were based around child care and that I was unable to change them! Adam - don't take my money if the times don't suit you. Don't make me change my plans to accommodate you're non-urgent errands. I would not recommend this space due to the owner's attitude. My friends who drove separately had a MUCH better experience with other central parking spaces (and generally a lot cheaper). It was a good job we didn't need the car during our stay-arranging to drop it off and collect it was difficult enough!

Adam was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent this space again. Secure underground car park - make sure you do not need the car for your stay as this would make it very inconvenient for Adam as he needs to open the gate to the underground parking.
