Lovely secluded spot, under a tree so expect bird poo, but it isn't a sticky tree so it will wash off easy. Easy to find on street view, right behind Waitrose car park. Will definitely use again.

The space itself was great, well located and fitted my van. However, I booked the space from 2pm and let Roger know I would call him around 2pm, to park at 2.30pm. At 2.15pm, I called Roger and it went to vm. I called Roger repeatedly for the next hour, messaged him as well as got onto the phone to Just Park. At this short notice, there was no other space available in Brighton. Roger finally called me back at 3.15pm and said he would call again in 10 minutes. A further 25 minutes passed (at which point I had found on street parking and was in the process of paying). When I met Roger, he did not apologise but waved an order of service in my face and announced he was at a funeral. I finally parked around 3.45pm and was an hour late for work. Roger seems a delightful and well spoken gentleman, but had little disregard for the need of my parking space. I have been refunded a rather measly £5, which probably just covered me frantically driving around Brighton looking for another parking space.

We have just spent a week in Brighton. We pre booked our parking space at Montpelier Terrace. The owner of the space, Roger was a very pleasant man to deal with and everything ran smoothly. I felt my car was parked in a very secure place and there was plenty of room in the car park. I would highly recommend using Just Park.
