The owner was over an hour late so we were hanging around wasting our day. I rung him several times and he kept saying he wasn't far away but still didn't turn up. He also hung up on me on the phone when I contacted him. The space wasn't cheap and the hassle was stressful. The actual parking space was ok and in a good position near shops.

Great parking experience in Brighton! Booked very close to where we were staying, really convenient for Waitrose, the beach, bars, restaurants and the Lanes. Roger was fantastic. He gave gave us very clear instructions and was really helpful. Collecting the permit was easy and Roger showed us exactly where to park - there was no confusion as to space number. Returning the permit was just as easy! Thank you Roger, will definitely use again if we visit in future and would definitely recommend.
