I CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH, DO NOT DISPLAY ANYTHING IN YOUR WINDSCREEN EVEN IF PARKATMYHOUSE SAY SO. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRINT ANYTHING OFF, JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO FIND THE SPACE. This is my private space and I know who is supposed to be there and who isn't.
Private allocated space in private car park on Kings Road (seafront).
Next door to the Mercure (Ramada)Hotel and close by the Brighton Hotel, Kings Hotel and Holiday Inn.
Standard, saloon and estate cars OK. Unable to accept transit vans or SUV's out of consideration to neighbours.
Exact location and space number revealed once payment received.
You don't need a printer to book as no paperwork needs to be displayed - I know who's supposed to be there any anyone who isn't will get clamped.

The postcode supplied takes you past the actual location but we found it eventually by entering Mercure Hotel in our Sat Nav (Bays are next door to the hotel) Great Space to park and only 10 minute walk to the Brighton Centre which is where we went. Will be parking here again in the future.

Great space, right on the seafront. Safe, open area and very near central Brighton. Bit difficult to see the sign for the apartments but spotted it the second time round. Good value and would definitely use again, considering the equivalent prices you pay in local car parks.

Great space, convenient and easily located. Highly recommended. Couldn't see the two black marks on the wall as per instructions but space is clearly marked on the ground.

Used this to get to the Paddle Round the Pier festival on Hove Lawns. I couldn't have been closer!!! Fantastic position right on the seafront. Thank you. Would definitely recommend and use again.
