Ten minutes walk to Preston Park station. Bus stop #27 goes into Brighton city centre & is 2 minutes walk away. Some reviewers have said it's "5-10 mins walk into town" but in fairness I would say it is 15-20 minutes to the city centre clocktower.

Perfect spot to leave your car, Brighton car parks are very expensive and it's often difficult to find a space
