I could not see a sign for the building so took a while to find and then we were informed we needed the back entrance which was on a different rd. Description should make this clear. Had to give a precise time for arrival, if you don't know Birmingham and what the traffic will be like then this is hard to judge. Description does not explain it will not be easy to get in, you need to meet someone, this is no good if wanting ti come in and out
