The car park was easy to find having looked on google maps street view beforehand. The guy on the site was very friendly when we arrived and pointed us in the direction we needed to go, offering to call a taxi if we needed it. It was a 15/20 minute walk to snow hill train station. Thanks!

Couldn't ask for a friendlier, more helpful person. Bit out the way, but a secure lock up and a short taxi ride to the center (which they'll happily arrange for you). Recommended.

Booked this carparking event to go see Bon jovi at villa park (9th june 2013) Carparking was fine, and friendly guy who ran the service, but it's not walking distance to villa park you need a taxi. The parking guys have a linked up service with a local taxi company who took the fare for a return journey up front and did not turn up when we organised the return journey as a consequence of this we were left freezing outside a random street/garage. Spoke to the carparking organisers who told us to get/flag a taxi and we would get reembused, which they did as soon as we got back. Can't fault the carparking bargain for the price, but the taxi company were a major let down or this review would be 100%

Excellent value , friendly , helpful staff , I'd use them again

The men were very friendly on arrival and ordered us a taxi to the event, if going to Villa Park again we would use this service again.

A very warm and friendly welcome awaited with drinks offered whilst waiting for our taxi, (the car parking people have a contract with a local firm), we were going to Villa Park and it is a fair walk. The downside (though not parking peeps fault) is that their taxi firm (Royal Cabs) let us down on our return journey back to the car. That said Jewellery refunded any taxi fare and am sure they were on to the taxi firm managet first thing Monday morning, otherwise would have been A* service!

This was a good value parking slot, seemed well run with friendly staff. We used it for Villa Park and it is quite a walk from there, there was an offer of a taxi service and with hindsight certainly should have made use of it for coming back. Would consider using it again.
